Wii Fit Plus is an enhanced version of Wii Fit.
Is your Balance Board gathering dust? Considering that there aren’t too many games that support the Wii peripheral, it’s entirely possible. If you own a Balance Board and you’re looking to bring it out of the closet, then you’re in luck—Wii Fit Plus is out.
What exactly is Wii Fit Plus, you ask? It’s an enhanced version of Wii Fit. It comes with all the Wii Fit exercises, plus the following:
- 3 yoga and 3 strength-training activities
- 15 balance/aerobic exercises.

Quarter bestsellers for Nintendo Wii, DS revealed

The Wii and its games print money.
Nintendo recently released some figures for its bestselling games during April to June on the DS and Wii. As expected, the Wii top sellers look awfully familiar—they’re perennial chartbusters. However, the DS hit was entirely brand new. Check out the quarter’s best after the jump.

Mario Kart Wii is bestselling game of 2008

Mario is again on top of video game land.
Mario Kart Wii is the best-selling game of 2008. That’s right, out of the hundreds of video games released in a span of 12 months, it was Mario Kart Wii that sold the most number of units. Not Grand Theft Auto IV, not Call of Duty: World at War, not Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Wii Fit hits 3M sales mark

Wii Fit also prints money.
Again, whatever Nintendo touches these days turns into gold. According to Famitsu (via Kotaku), Wii Fit, that über-popular game for the (you guessed it) Wii has surpassed the three million sales mark.

Wii, DS are UK’s most-searched products online

Is it Wii Remote or Wiimote?
Hitwise told MCV that the Nintendo Wii and DS Lite are the UK’s most-searched products online in November. Funnily enough, the October leader that these two products overtook is also by Nintendo—it’s Wii Fit, that exercise game that’s still selling like crazy even after months of release.
