Nintendo pledges to bring more Wii, DS stock for Christmas

Remember the time when there was no shortage of the Nintendo Wii? Exactly—it never happened. GameStop even predicted that there won’t be enough Wiis again this Christmas. To address this issue, Nintendo promised to bring more Wii and DS stock into the UK this holiday season to cope with “unprecedented” demand.

GameStop: Not enough Wii for holidays
GameStop says there won't be enough Wiis this Christmas.
The Wii shortage news is old. Consumers have been hearing about it since launch, and have endured it in 2007. Guess what? People would still have to put up with the Wii deficiency during the 2008 holidays. According to Wii News Daily, GameStop boss Dan DeMatteo thinks there won’t be enough Wiis this Christmas.
