If you’re an 80s child and love all things 8-bit, then you’d probably get misty eyed watching this mind-blowing tribute to Pong, International Karate, Tetris, the NES, and Super Mario Bros., among other things. “8-Bit Trip” is a labor of love by Daniel Larsson and Tomas Redigh of Rymdreglage.

They make LEGO out of anything. LEGO Rock Band, LEGO Batman, LEGO DSi—you name it. Well, Flickr user Arkov made a LEGO Nintendo Entertainment System, complete with opening cartridge tray and controllers! See more pictures after the jump.

LEGO DSi model weighs 250lbs

That is one HUGE DSi.
The Nintendo DSi may be smaller and sleeker than its predecessors, but the LEGO model created by LEGO-”certified” professional Sean Kenney is anything but that. It’s big, blocky, and blue. According to Brothers Brick, Kenney was commissioned to make the 250-pound DSi model , which is currently on display at the Nintendo World Store at the Rockefeller Center in New York.
