To avoid confusion, we’d like to remind you that Daily Nintendo focused on the DS version of Chrono Trigger. As you may know, there are minor changes in the names of the Techs used.

Still haven’t finished Chrono Trigger because some annoying stage boss is giving you problems? Look no further ‘cause we’ve got the solution for you. Today marks the third installment of our boss guide for Chrono Trigger on the Nintendo DS. Well, the game is pretty much the same as the Super NES version so if you’re playing either edition, Daily Nintendo is where you should be searching for answers.

The DS version of Chrono Trigger is arguably the best.
Reviewing remakes/re-released games can be tricky, especially when the reviewer played the game during its earlier incarnation. Consequently, it’s hard to give the remake a blank slate, and perhaps it’s not even fair to do so because it had already aged.
The Nintendo DS version of Chrono Trigger has been reviewed by several publications. Alas, most of these publications—if not all—have critiqued Chrono Trigger with rose-tinted glasses. Today, we review Chrono Trigger DS without these glasses, without the fondness that influenced previous reviews.

Watch new trailers for Chrono Trigger DS

GameTrailers just released a bunch of new trailers for Chrono Trigger DS. Fans of the original SNES game would find the clips familiar, but watching snippets of this classic RPG in action never get old.
